Matcha Cafe Sampling and Field Research

Nearly all our sales are online, so we know very little about how matcha actually works in cafés.</p><p>In this GIG you will visit 6 cafes near you that serve matcha, leave samples with the owner or manager, and ask them a short set of questions about what matcha they use, where they buy it, and how much they go through.</p><p> We'll ship you a carton of 20 bags of our Sweetened Matcha Latte (500g), a small sample of our Ceremonial Latte, and printed one-pagers. Leave a bag, a Ceremonial Latte sample and a one-pager at each cafe. Any bags left over are yours to give away for free however you like, ideally to more cafes. (they just can't be sold).</p><p> Ideally you like matcha and spend time in cafes already. We'll send you the questions and a short guide before you go.</p><p> Expect about 1.5 hours per cafe including travel and writeup, so roughly 12 hours over the month from when your box arrives. $250 for all 6, paid on completion, plus a $50 bonus for every cafe you visited that places its first order with us by 31 Dec!</p></body></html>
