💵 Payment structure:
Starting retainer: $250/month (consistent base pay).
Retainer increases as you hit clear milestones, with a transparent roadmap showing how to unlock higher tiers.
Bonus system on top of your retainer:

100K views/video = +$150
1M views/video = +$300
We reward results, the better your content performs, the more you earn.
