You’ll drive real lead a team of student promoters and create content Serena can repost. </p><p>Who We're Looking For:</p><ul><li><p>Involved in student orgs or Greek life </p></li><li><p>Junior or senior preferred </p></li></ul><p>What You'll Do: </p><ul><li><p>Lead an ambassador class including competitions.</p></li><li><p>Tap into your network of friends, classmates, and student leaders at other colleges to help activate the campaign across multiple campuses. </p></li><li><p>Structure your weekly challenge around measurable incentives with visible prizes so promoters are competing, not just posting. </p></li><li><p>Have promoters host or attend at least one in-person activation on their own campus (pregame, game night, themed meetup) as part of their weekly deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Encourage book reviews. Make review generation part of the cohort's tracked KPIs, not just sales. </p></li><li><p>Build the content library. Create reusable UGC Serena can repost throughout the campaign.</p></li></ul></body></html>
