Created by No Particular Order in collaboration with Home From College, In the Margins is a career-readiness journal designed to help students reflect, reset, and actually get somewhere. Think of it as a mentor in book form; one that shows up every day, asks the right questions, and leaves space for your answers.

📓 What is In the Margins?

In the Margins is a 64-page guided journal that helps students build momentum in three key areas: Leveraging Relationships, Staying Motivated, and Career Readiness. Over the course of a semester, students work through daily prompts to explore their goals, expand their networks, and prepare to launch confidently into their next chapter.

Inside you’ll find:

• 48 unique prompts to help clarify your mindset and mission

• 12 blank pages for scratch notes, to-dos, and dreams in progress

• 12 professional conversation starters (because yes, networking is still a thing)

• A built-in folder for loose notes, resumes, or business cards you collect along the way
  

The prompts were shaped by real conversations with students from Home From College’s national student advisory panel. From what excites them to what keeps them up at night, their input made sure the journal reflects the lived experiences of today’s students navigating early career paths.
