Meet Scout Brisson: The Visionary CEO Behind De Soi

Scout Brisson joined De Soi in late 2021—just in time to launch the brand in January 2022. A New Jersey native and MIT alum, she originally planned to go into medicine. But after burning out, she pivoted to consulting at McKinsey, launched her own better-for-you snack company during COVID, and found her stride in CPG leadership.

Her philosophy? Always be learning. Always be growing.
