¿Do you think reviews are a key factor before purchasing a product?
Yes, as a consumer myself, I tend to go through the reviews before purchasing any item because that’s how we examine a product through another consumer’s experience and if we could see eye to eye on it. Reviews from real costumers are more relatable and reliable compared to a seller or manufacturer’s perspective who might be biased towards the product with a motive to sell them.
