I was born and raised in the Bay Area but I currently live in Eugene, Oregon while I am finishing my bachelor's degree at the University of Oregon. Presently, I am majoring in both Journalism and Ethnic studies. Why? I find meaning in learning the art of storytelling and studying the history and stories of those who are constantly marginalized by white supremacy. I believe in the power of giving a voice to the voiceless through creative means. I am inspired by: thought-provoking visuals, questioning the status quo, bright colors, and powerful documentaries. I am known for: my creativity, critical thinking, thoughtfulness, and organization. I enjoy: being in nature, getting crafty, exploring new music, and finding sustainable alternatives.
