Kranay Academy
The Kranyian Opportunity Circle: Share Scholarship Resources

What excites you most about helping other college women grow their careers? How many students realistically do you think you could refer in a month?
What excites me the most about helping other college women grow their careers is the opportunity to support and motivate them to believe in themselves and explore new opportunities. Many students are talented but sometimes lack guidance or awareness about career options. Being able to share helpful resources and encourage them to develop their skills is something that really motivates me.
Realistically, I believe I could refer around 8–12 students in a month by sharing the opportunity with my classmates, friends, and through social media groups. I enjoy connecting with people and spreading useful opportunities that can help others grow.

How would you introduce Kranay Academy to someone who has never heard of it before? How would you promote Kranay Academy at a campus event or meeting?
I would introduce Kranay Academy as a platform that helps students learn practical skills and explore opportunities beyond regular academics. I would explain that it provides valuable learning resources, real-world exposure, and chances to grow professionally.
At a campus event or meeting, I would promote Kranay Academy by briefly explaining its benefits to students and sharing how it can help them improve their skills and gain useful experience. I would also encourage students to sign up by sharing the opportunity through student groups, social media, and direct conversations with classmates.

If you needed to get 3 students to sign up this week, where would you start? How connected are you on your campus? Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or sororities?
I would start by reaching out to my friends and classmates and explaining the opportunity to them. I am quite active on social media and connected with many students through Instagram and WhatsApp groups. I would also share information about the program in student groups and encourage interested students to sign up. Even though I am not currently part of any clubs, I regularly interact with many students and can easily spread the information across my campus.
I believe that by communicating clearly and sharing the benefits, I can motivate at least 3 students to join within a week.
