I am student at Pitzer College in Claremont, California majoring in Sociology and minoring in Spanish. I am a learner, a leader, and an advocate. In the past couple of years, I have worked on a youth suicide hotline, taught comprehensive and inclusive sex-education, spent many hours working on turning out youth voting through Get Out the Vote efforts, and participated in virtual workshops on the intersections of race, class, and gender. In my free time, my favorite pastimes include, making jewelry, picking fruit off the trees in my neighborhood, painting with gouache, creating Spotify playlists and discovering new music, and spending time with my friends and family.
