How do you prioritize managing multiple creators effectively?
I personally am a heavy user of notion and google calendar to make sure I have everything listed that I need to take care of, that allows me to manage my time effectively, which then allows me to pour my time into creators. Every creator has different ways of showing themselves on camera and need different ways of being helped and guided, which can mean different amounts of time spent with them
