What's the most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona?

When it comes to "identity" both for under the context of the brand's culture or the consumer persona, I believe in embracing the uniqueness of things. What I mean by that is the different in elements of life that embrace both the novelty and the tradition. The root of culture is tradition, but the consumer persona evolves with time. Hence, I believe that it is important to see through the innovative aspects as a part of development from the tradition when building out a brand culture or consumer persona.

Name a brand you really like right now. Think of the one who is crushing social and why they stand out to you. Tell us why.

Right now it is an energy drink brand called Prime. It is a brand established by Logan Paul and KSI. They do not even need to do much in terms of marketing, but merely a product placement strategy to insert the brand smoothly in their funny videos. That eventually introduce me to the brand without having ever heard of it in the first place. Hence, in my opinion, it is such a genius plan for the modern era when people do not enjoy forced advertisement.
