A successful campaign I was a part of was when I worked with Twix on my college campus. I was able to film and successfully hit all of the content points that the brand wanted me to within my video.

How would you approach creating content to target a health-conscious audience?
I would approach creating as if I were the audience. I would research what people within that specific target audience are responding well to in terms of content and approach the content I make from the angle of “what would I want to see?”
