Can you share your experience in engaging with consumers in a retail environment?

In my retail experience, I always focus on making customers feel comfortable and valued. For example, when I worked HomeGoods, I would greet people as they came in, ask what they were looking for, and then guide them toward options that matched their style or needs. If someone was unsure, I’d share product details or even suggest how they could use it in their daily life, which often helped them feel more confident about their choice. I found that being friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested not only built trust but also encouraged customers to come back.

How would you approach promoting CoAqua to your friends and community?

I would promote CoAqua by introducing it naturally into my daily life and sharing those experiences with others. I’d bring it to social gatherings, campus events, and study sessions so people can try it in a fun and relaxed setting. On social media, I’d create engaging posts and stories that highlight CoAqua as more than just a drink, but part of a refreshing and active lifestyle. Within my community, I’d look for opportunities to feature the brand at student events and local collaborations to help build awareness and excitement.
