I am currently working towards my Master's of Kinesiology at MSU where I am working as a sports performance graduate assistant. I help the full time strength coaches with their teams, assist with programming, help facilitate lifts, and write the programs for the men's and women's cross country teams.&nbsp;

I earned my bachelor's of science in HTM from the Isenberg School of Management while also being a member of the division 1 swim team at UMass while simultaneously earning my bachelor's of science in kinesiology. While at UMass I also worked in event operations with athletics where I helped manage events for various teams on campus. My last semester on campus I worked with a group to run the TikTok and Twitter accounts for the HTM school.

While earning my bachelor's of science in kinesiology from UMass- Amherst I also was a member of the division 1 swim team and simultaneously earned my bachelor's of science in hospitality and tourism management. I completed internships in athletic training and sports performance, leading me to pursue the sports performance career.
