What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
What gets me excited about working in the beauty industry is the amazing people and their specific role in order to make their products shine. Personally, I like when brands release products and it not only looks good aesthetically, but it actually makes people look and feel amazing too. The beauty industry is so widespread that you can find yourself in a niche that you enjoy in.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
I was able to convince my peers in my department to volunteer for our school's annual mental health conference. I am very passionate about mental health and while our school has resources, they are very slow to the high demand of students seeking services. Therefore, my team and I implemented our first in-person mental health conference on campus and spread the message on social media, to which we had hundreds of people show up and participate in events.
