How do you approach providing constructive feedback to improve a product?
I would make sure to highlight the good aspects of a product and simultaneously highlight areas where there could be room for improvement in order to take a strength and apply it to turn a weakness into a strength as well.

What experience do you have with product testing and quality assurance?
I have participated in several product tests before in the form of focus groups. I also have worked in a retail setting where my main job is maintaining quality assurance with the company products.
