i’ve worked in customer service for many many years and sometimes it’s difficult when the customer wants their way and there is no changing it. it’s important to listen to them and do your best to make sure they understand you are doing your best to accommodate them. “the customer is always right” applies most of the time. but that includes bending what they need to fit your rules!
