I took a trip to Mykonos recently. Me and my friends ordered a Sea Bass dish to split between the three of us. It was probably the best fish I’ve ever had because it was caught that morning, prepared in a way that made it taste amazing, and gave me a sense of what food in the Mediterranean Sea is like.
