I have not done UGC yet, but I would love to gain experience! I have done short-form content marketing in the past, though. I have run social media pages for a variety of different organizations, from a toy store to a college office!

How would you go about finding quality content creators for our brand?
I would go about finding quality contact creators by looking under certain hashtags on social media platforms like TikTok. I would look under the #SideHustle, find people whose videos I think are well-made, and leave a comment advertising the job position. I would also leave comments in overall videos for teens looking for jobs, getting exposure for the brand, and labeling them as one that has excellent outreach and wants to work with everyday-teens.
