I've been playing them since I was 5 year olds it's always given me an opportunity to connect with new people and family. I think sports are a great way to form connections with people you typically wouldn't

What role does journaling play in your life?
I like to journal at least once a week but typically more, it helps to get thoughts and feelings out in a healthy way and gives me a chance to talk to my myself in a way.
