Can you share a previous experience where you provided exceptional customer service in a high-traffic event setting?
At a busy youth sports tournament, I managed camera ops and customer interactions. A parent was upset thinking her child’s game wasn’t filmed. I stayed calm, found the footage myself, edited a quick highlight, and delivered it on the spot. She left happy and recommended us to others. Great reminder of the power of going the extra mile
