How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
Building a brand is all about the lifestyle and the long game. This is the content where I am just living my life, like bringing a Sousa packet along to my eight-hour Pilates training. It creates a genuine connection and shows people how the product actually fits into a busy, healthy routine without it feeling like a forced ad.
I understand that driving a purchase is much more direct. This is where I focus on the facts, like the 20g of protein and the heavy electrolyte count, to show exactly how it solves a problem like muscle cramping or post-workout fatigue. Brand building makes people trust the name and love the aesthetic, while purchase-driven content gives them the final reason to actually head to the site and buy it.

If you had to create one piece of content for Sousa this week, what would it be and why?
If I had to create one piece of content this week, I would film a high energy vlog centered around my eight hour Pilates training. The video would hook viewers with the challenge of surviving an eight hour marathon without crashing or losing focus. I would show the reality of the physical grind and the difficulty of hitting protein goals. By featuring Sousa as my secret weapon, I can demonstrate how that 20g of protein and electrolyte boost keeps my muscles from cramping and my energy up. This would be my authentic way of demonstrating the brand’s values.

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
I would focus on creating educational but short form content that explains why combining 20g of whey with high-dose electrolytes is a total game changer for recovery. I would also lean heavily into the convenience factor for busy people, using "Day in the Life" reels and interactive Q&A stickers to answer real fitness questions. I am the perfect fit for this role because I live and breathe this niche. As a college student weight training five times a week and finishing up my Mat Pilates certification, I am in the gym or the studio every single day. I genuinely need what Sousa is selling, which makes my content authentic!
