I am currently the Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing in my sorority where I strategized and implement social media marketing plans to promote engagement and reach. I also have experience in social media marketing, creating content for three businesses, and building brand awareness.

I would start off by apologizing and sympathizing with their problem. Then I would add that we are solving the problem and send them a gift if possible.
