What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Based on the streaming platforms I currently have, I'd have to say my favorites are Disney+ and Prime Video. Disney+ does a great job of displaying their variety of shorts/movies/shorts in a way that I like more than that of Netflix or Hulu. It feels like I can sort through every item on the platform if possible and also filter through based on the category or production team. Prime Video also brings a good nostalgia of how to view and select shows and often allows you to connect to other platforms to create more accessibility.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is a more holistic view of health, where it not only incorporates physical fitness but also mental and emotional well being. It’s where all aspects of health coincide. I integrate wellness by prioritizing by ensuring I satisfy different aspects of my health each day- I try to feed my body what it needs or get some physical activity in each day, connect with my loved ones to feel emotionally supported, and implement some sort of self care/reflection activity in my daily routines. Whether it’s watching a show, journaling, going for a walk, eating an extra yummy dinner I try to implement a balance in my life that helps me feel good physically as well as personally.

What do you think should change with the current state of social media?
I think the current state of social media make items or trends too popular too fast. It's become a source of mass information consumption where the success of any product or trend can grow, peak, and die out in a weeks time. Especially for product consumption, it can be extremely wasteful when items grow out of style and are disposed of incredibly quick. I think creating more conscientious social media usage is important but a rather broad and large task. Specifically within the beauty industry, I think transparency is also important with MUA or any beauty content creators in terms of expenses and target audience. Acknowledging that certain products may not be for your particular shade (ex. blushes that are for darker skin tones) or skin complexion (ex. hydrating for dry skin being used by someone with oily skin, or preferring heavy coverage and testing out a light coverage concealer) help ensure that viewers are getting the proper context to decide if they want to purchase an item for themselves and minimizes bias made without proper judgement.
