You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
First of all, I would contact the company directly, to know what went wrong and provide my negative feedback. If the response of the company is negative, I would totally post it on social media, but if the company is proactive and we find a solution together, I would also post it, as an amazing experience of CS.

What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
1. The easiness of usability, apps like tik tok are a good example of it!
2. The looks of it! It is super important for an app to have a stunning layout, otherwise it´ll make the cut on my day to day.
3. How relevant is the info availabe, I won´t be using an app if the content available is days old!

1.The layout of the product, it is really important for a gen Z like me to have catchy imagery to look at.
2. The content, writting has to be up to date and understandable at first read.
3. How easy it is to navigate trough it and how easy it is to use it at max potential.
