Can you share your experience in engaging with consumers in a retail environment?
I believe it is all about creating a positive, memorable experience while understanding their needs. At my current job, I curate and adjust plans as needed to ensure that the customers and recipients get the most benefit out of our company. As a gymnastics coach, I am responsible for many things. I ensure that these people are taught and formed into great gymnasts and people. I ensure that they have a great experience to get the most out of their time there and that they want to keep coming back! I have worked the business side slightly as well, so managing payments, scheduling, and any parent needs has been a great task to get into!
