How would you launch a new app on a college campus?
I would first see how information travels in my school, whether its the school newspaper, instagram, through gossip, etc. Then I would use the information to reach out to those platforms about the new app and adding elements that may appeal to the student audience. Adding reviews, statements, aesthetic design, colors, and purpose to the app would also help it launch successfully.
