I would find real social media accounts to leave comments on by looking through hashtags that are related to the brand and exploring pages that are competitors to the brand as well. To ensure the content/profile is authentic I would definitely be looking at things like the activity with posts and stories as well as the engagement with followers based on the interactions with posts.
