Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
I eat a plant based diet year round. During holiday season, I opt for vegetarian and vegan options that are present. This is often just veggie dishes at certain events/gatherings. However, sometimes there will be dishes with vegan “meat” in them or I will pack a veggie burger to cook.
