how do you make sure an interested prospect turns into a booked meeting who shows up warm?
I would make sure the prospect clearly understands the value of the meeting and what they will gain from attending, so their interest turns into real motivation. I would give them a direct call to action, after providing the information on how much they could benefit with a formula to estimate what they would gain from the service, I would make sure they are begging to integrate our services into their business operations.

My dad is a small business owner and he has connections with many US and International brands so I have a good background on B 2 B interactions.
I would use AI tools to find leads then pursue them by contacting them directly.

How do you personalize outreach to stand out to busy B2B decision makers?
By using a personalized and Genuine message that feels human and hooks people into opening the floor for communication, especially once I understand what I am selling and when I know a business could benefit greatly I would cut the fluff and be direct as to not waste their time or bore them like every other business.
