I built an automated email flow using n8n triggered by a new user signup webhook. It stored user data, sent a welcome email, followed up after a delay, and triggered a discount email if the user didn’t convert, creating a simple but effective customer journey.

Which tools do you prefer for automating email campaigns and why?

I prefer Klaviyo for e-commerce because it allows deeper personalization and better automation based on customer behavior. For simpler setups I use Mailchimp, and I combine it with tools like Zapier or n8n to automate workflows across different platforms and make everything work together smoothly.

How would you use AI to improve a Shopify customer journey?

I’d use AI to make the customer journey feel more personal and timely instead of generic. For example, if someone visits a Shopify store and leaves without buying, AI can automatically send them a friendly reminder with products they actually looked at, not random ones. If they do buy something, AI can follow up with helpful suggestions, like related products or tips, instead of just a boring confirmation email. Over time, it learns what customers like and sends better offers, messages, and recommendations, which makes people more likely to come back and buy again.
