Describe a time you coordinated a project or event successfully.
I helped organize a 2 day seminar to train one of my clients (a large law firm) on my company's legal AI software. The seminar was conducted over Zoom, where I trained about 50 of the firm's employees on how to navigate, troubleshoot and utilize the software. I made myself available for any follow-up questions or requests for further in depth training.
