One example of my project management skills was during my time at (RED), where I led the development of a cross-functional reporting dashboard used to track partner performance across fundraising campaigns. I coordinated between the data, marketing, and partnerships teams to define key metrics, set deadlines, and ensure clear communication. I built a project timeline, facilitated weekly check-ins, and troubleshot blockers as they arose. The result was a scalable, automated dashboard that improved internal reporting efficiency and helped senior leadership make faster, data-driven decisions.
