Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?
One time, I tested out an AI learning platform called OctiLearn, which was essentially an AI tutor. Starting out, there were many flaws and places for improvement, with regard to usability, and over time, the UI improved, and the product itself was better. One thing that was challenging was simply proper communication with the developers, because sometimes, they don't necessarily understand one's use case of their product, and because of that, they may not be able to immediately see what could be improved.

What motivates you to contribute feedback and improve apps?
It really depends on the app that's being used. If I see an app I like, I will do my absolute best to provide feedback, not only because it helps others, but because it also gets me a more polished product that I can use myself.
