When managing multiple creator relationships, I focus on organization clear communication. I would maintain a tracking system, like Notion, to monitor timelines and the status of certain tasks to be assured that all tasks are getting fully completed and none are missed. I would also check up with the creator to get updates and to clear up any confusion, making our communication effective.

I use the platform daily for 2-3 hours and spend time looking through the Creator Search Insights at the end of that designated time. I believe that this gives me a good balance of using the app for leasure and using the app to learn about the back end, giving me a constant awareness of the trends.

My personal preferences are TikTok and Instagram, but if I had to pick one I would say TikTok. Many creators are able to go viral and reach a very large audience outside of their following when using that platform. Their algorithim is great at reaching audiences similar to those who are already following the creator, meaning thatthe product being shown can stay within the same demographic without having the limit of the influencer's followers.
