Mala Girl can be beneficial to my lifestyle because as a student athlete, it is key for me to maintain a healthy diet, however, with being in college, it can sometimes be hard to balance healthy with time. But, with Mala only needing hot water to be added, it's a quick and easy way to get my nutrients while not wasting time on the prep and so on!
