I like to view trending sounds and see what others are posting. Keeping up with the explore page and seeing what people are searching the most is also a great way to stay up to date with trends. It is also good to look at specific content, for example of you are looking to get popular in the gym community, I would search up gym and see what type of content is thriving within the community.
