Can you share a previous experience where you provided exceptional customer service in a high-traffic event setting?
At a recent large-scale community festival where I was representing a wellness brand, I had the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a high-traffic setting. The event drew thousands of attendees, and our booth stayed busy with a steady stream of curious visitors eager to try samples and learn about our product. From the start, I focused on making every interaction personal, despite the fast pace. I welcomed each guest with a smile and warm energy, making eye contact and taking a moment to engage—even if just briefly. I asked simple questions like “What brought you out today?” or “Have you heard of us before?” to tailor the conversation to their level of familiarity and interest. One challenge was managing the long line without making people feel rushed or overlooked. To address this, I worked alongside my team to set up a “quick sample” station, allowing guests to try the product while they waited. I circulated through the line, answering questions, sharing key product highlights, and offering small branded materials so attendees stayed engaged and informed. By focusing on proactive communication, patience, and a genuine desire to connect, I helped ensure that every attendee felt valued, even in a hectic environment. The experience reinforced my belief that great customer service isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about making people feel seen and appreciated, no matter how busy things get.

How would you approach engaging with attendees to promote the Everyday Dose coffee?
When engaging with attendees to promote Everyday Dose coffee, I would focus on creating a warm, approachable, and memorable experience that sparks curiosity and builds genuine interest in the product. I’d start by greeting people with energy and a smile, introducing myself and the brand in a friendly, conversational way. Rather than jumping straight into a sales pitch, I’d ask open-ended questions like, “Do you usually drink coffee, or do you ever look for alternatives?” This helps me understand their preferences and opens the door for a natural dialogue. As we talk, I’d share a short, relatable story about Everyday Dose—highlighting how it blends functional mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics to provide clean energy, focus, and wellness benefits without the crash or jitters that often come with traditional coffee. I’d keep the explanation simple and engaging, focusing on how it can fit into their daily routine.
