You're already THAT Guy on campus — confident, social, always in the mix. Now you’ll be the one putting your crew on to the personal care brand built different. As a W Ambassador in this gig, you're not just repping the brand, you’re creating content, driving hype, and turning moments into brand love.
Your Mission: Rep W with pride: own your campus like it’s your brand. Create scroll-stopping content that brings W’s energy to life. Plan cheeky, creative activations (think: gym, dorms, TikTok stunts). Get product in hands and hype across the board. Be our ears on the ground: what’s landing, what’s not!
You Are:
Authentic, ambitious, maybe a little rebellious
Dialed in on your campus culture and social feeds
Plugged into content, gym, group chat life
Ready to build something bigger than yourself
While the base pay for this role is $600/month, there's also opportunities for monthly bonuses:
Content posted that features and tags W gets 200k views --> $200 bonus
Content posted that features and tags W gets 500k views --> $600 bonus
Content posted that features and tags W gets >1M views --> $1200 bonus
Expected Outputs
Sponsor 2 events and organize 2 events to promote W products (the more creative the better)
Create 5 pieces of video content per month
Partner with campus organizations to promote W and sample products
