Scope: Create and post TikTok/Instagram videos for Flashnote.AI via H/FC
Base Pay: $25 per video, paid monthlyBonus: Based on 7-day natural views (5k–1M+); +30% if engagement ≥8% & avg watch ≥3s
Accounts & Rights: New accounts required; all content and accounts belong to Brand
Reporting: Official screenshots required; fraud voids bonuses
Trial: 2 videos with ≥10k natural views within 30 days required
