Payment Structure: Pay Per Post Rate: $15 per approved video Expected Output: 5-7 videos per week (15-20 hours) Performance Bonuses: $50 when your video reaches 50K views $100 when your video reaches 100K views Weekly Earning Potential: $75-$300+ (base + performance bonuses) This structure rewards both consistency (posting regularly) and quality (creating viral content).
