We're building a creator squad to help build a brand around good vibes and celebration and make greeting cards go viral (yes, really). You'll manage 1-2 accounts that look personal, not corporate, creating20 videos monthly—half recreating proven formats, half wild experiments.
Your mission?Create ads that actually work.The formula is simple: 50% proven strategy (we'll show you what's already converting), 50% your creative genius testing new angles. We'll coach you on both the creative side (making content that resonates) and the performance side (what makes people download and buy).
This isn't about following rigid briefs—it's about constant experimentation to find creative angles that convert. Some concepts will flop. Others will become our best-performing ads. We'll learn from both, iterate quickly, and build a content engine that turns viewers into customers.
Comp Range: $500-$1000 depending on experience
Expected Outputs
Create high-performing ad creative - 20 videos/month testing different angles, hooks, and approaches that we can run as paid ads
Build and warm up two brand-affiliated accounts as testing grounds - Real-feeling accounts where we can test creative before scaling it to paid media
Identify what content formats and angles drive the most downloads so we can double down on what works
