This role exists to put Everyday Dose in front of the right shoppers, drive trial, and build brand presence inside Sprouts and HyVee stores across your market.

Here's what success looks like: Drive trial and conversion — Get product in shoppers' hands, answer their questions confidently, and turn curious browsers into buyers

Run a tight operation — Kits are packed, BAs are briefed, stores are covered, and the demo table looks clean and on-brand every single weekend without exception

Manage your team — Your 2–4 BAs show up on time, know what they're doing, and feel supported. If something goes wrong, you handle it

Build store relationships — Store managers and staff know who we are and respect how we show up. You're our person in that building

Report accurately — Sales sheets collected, Google Forms submitted same day, invoices in by Monday at 3 PM.

Feed insights back — What are shoppers asking? What's working? What isn't? Your observations inform how we improve the program If the stores are covered, the product is moving, and the reporting is clean — you're doing the job.
