In this GIG you will create engaging content that highlights that spring break doesn’t have to mean skipping routines. It can still be simple, intentional, and nourishing.
You will be responsible for producing, uploading for approval, and sharing your video on your personal social media pages.

Expected Outputs
Here’s what you’ll do:
Create one original fitness and nutrition video on Instagram or TikTok, as requested. At least 30 seconds with either voiceover or text on screen.
.Upload the video for approval by the team.
Post the approved video to your personal social media channels.
