TikTok Trends
This is an on-camera, content-first internship. You will be the face of Protein Pints content — filming trends, creating videos, jumping on sounds, and helping to build an actively engaged community across our platforms. You will work directly with our Social Media Strategist, who will teach you how brand strategy is built and executed. This is not just a post content role. You will be in the room where the strategy happens.
REQUIRED
Currently enrolled as a college sophomore, junior, or rising senior
Big, natural on-camera personality — this is not something you can fake
Deep TikTok fluency — you can explain why a video you saw this morning will be everywhere by Thursday
Experience creating content with an active TikTok account —we will review your account as part of the application process
Proficient in CapCut or a comparable editing tool
Able to concept, film, and edit a trend video the same day you discover it
Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills — you can manage your own workload and keep things moving without being chased
Expected Outputs
On-Camera Content Creation: Be on camera and film across styles (taste test, POV, reactions etc.) and bring ideas to every brief
Trend Research & Discovery: Scout TikTok daily for trends, flag & pitch how PP can activate
Editing & Post-Production: 8-10 videos/week TikTok (primary) & YouTube (secondary)
Strategy & Planning: Join weekly social meetings & contribute ideas to monthly content calendar
