You'll be the person behind the camera (and behind the post) capturing what it actually looks like to build Protein Pints from the inside. You'll shadow the CEO day-to-day — meetings, events, retail walks, the wins and the chaos — and turn it into scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.This isn't a "make pretty graphics" internship. This is a founder-content internship: your job is to make sure Paul's voice, story, and the Protein Pints journey show up everywhere a customer, retailer, or future hire might be watching.
Who You Are
You treat this brand like it's yours — capturing moments, pitching ideas, and pushing things forward without being asked.
You can spot a winning video in 5 seconds and turn around a polished short-form edit from your phone in under an hour.
You know the difference between a brand post and a founder post — and you can write in someone else's voice so well it sounds like Paul, not marketing.
You're a self-sufficient creative who's just as comfortable being a fly on the wall as you are telling the founder to say it again on camera.
Expected Outputs
Shadow CEO, shoot vertical video and photos, and edit same-day for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Write captions in their voice, manage the content calendar, engage with the community, and report weekly on what's working.
Keep a organized content library, stay sharp on trends, and continuously learn shooting, editing, and AI tools.
