You run a group of markets in your region. You're the person our brand ambassadors actually talk to: you hire them, schedule them, and when someone cancels at 8am on a Saturday, you fix it.

Contract role, reviewed at 6 months. 30-40 hours a week, $23/hr. Remote, with in-market store visits.

You'll recruit and interview BAs and keep a bench so one cancellation isn't a crisis, staff every demo every weekend, onboard new BAs (contract, W-9, training, kit) before their first shift, collect weekly invoices, receipts, sales and sample numbers from every market, run the market group chats, handle day-of problems, and flag out-of-stocks or poor placement.

You: you've managed people, even informally (shift leads, event staff, your own crew); organized enough to survive a Saturday; fast on your phone and comfortable in a spreadsheet; available on weekends, when demos run. Bonus: field marketing, merchandising or event staffing background.
