The How:
Use Rally naturally in your daily life. Heading to Starbucks? Create a rally. Pregaming on Friday? Rally your friends. Can't find anyone at the library? Check the heat map. Test minimum 3 rallies daily for 3 days with 3 friends -it's simple: find your location, tap create rally,watch friends join.
Compensation:money, founding member status in profile, exclusive merch for public launch week.
Expected Outputs
Test Core Features:Create 3+ rallies daily for 3 days, successfully invite and onboard 3 friends who also become active
Provide Rich Feedback:Submit feedback on the good and the bad, as well as any feature requests from both personal and leadership perspectives.
Seed Launch Community:Help build initial network of 100+ active users creating real rallies that make the app feel alive on day one
