MaH(https://www.mah-official.com/) is hiring student Creator Scouts to help us find andrecruit 40+ college micro-creators. We are a sustainable bag brand building awareness among students through authentic, on-campus stories. No follower minimum required.
Who we’re looking for
U.S.-based students with on-campus influencer/ambassador marketing experience (clubs, Greek life, student media, brand ambassador programs)
Strong research/outreach skills; organized, responsive; basic IG/TikTok fluency
What you’ll do
Source, pre-qualify and secure creators (8,000 to 50,000 followers on TikTok or IG, U.S.-based, college-relevant content) and clarify the compensation structure ($200 in cash, commission, 2 free products)
Conduct outreach using MaH briefs/templates; pitch the program and gather interest
Build weekly lead lists and track status
What you’ll get

Expected Outputs
Identify and pre-qualify U.S.-based college creators with 8,000+ followers on TikTok or Instagram to secure 40 confirmed creators
Use outreach templates to pitch MaH’s program and gather creator interest
Maintain weekly lead lists and coordinate introductions with the MaH team
