We're looking for a talented Junior Designer to support a fast-paced creative team working across brand campaigns, presentations, social content, and marketing materials for advertising agency Highlanders Creative. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build real-world agency experience while working on national brands and high-profile creative projects. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, moves quickly, and has strong visual taste.

Responsibilities

Design and build client-facing presentations and capabilities decks

Support the development of social media campaigns and marketing assets

Create layouts, mockups, and visual concepts across digital channels

Assist with billboard, OOH, and advertising campaign design

Execute quick-turn design requests with speed and accuracy

Maintain brand consistency across multiple client projects

Organize design files and prepare assets for presentations and production

Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams

Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate quickly

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Has excellent communication and organization skills
